Yesterday it printed fine.
Today, when I try to go to print the same file, the AMS feeds fillimnt all the way up to the extruder, then pulls it back. Repeat multiple times then pops up a warning saying AMS is stuck please retry.
but the filiment is getting all the way to the print head.
Any suggestions on how to trouble shoot this?
Try to feed the spool without the ams. Then you recognize wether something is stuck within the extruder. If so - disassemble the extruder and see whats going on. usually there is a sensor in front of the extruder. it can be the case that it is not recognizing your filament. but this would be also the case when feeding without the ams. so check this first.
I had the same issue when AMS was brand new out of box, BL had to replace the hub and motor. But also check filament senor issue when I ran into a few weeks ago, BL replaced it as well. Error: Filament broken in the extruder - #2 by 3DTech
I upgraded the firmware to 1.07.02, ran a calibration run, and now it seems to be printing just fine.
