I get this error of failure to recognize the filament several times on the? AMS lite on my A1.
it always showed up on the same position, slot 4 and always with the same original pla mate bambulab spool.
When this problem occurs he tells me to try again, I check the spool by turning it backwards and then I bring it back to the position, I check that it has not slipped forward, I push it well against the AMS and then as a child I resynchronize the filament and try again start printing. But nothing to always make the same mistake on the same reel.
The only way I have found to restart the prints is the following:
I completely turn off the printer, completely extract the filament of the offending spool from the pfte tube, extract the spool from the AMS, reposition the spool, turn the printer back on and load the filament as if it were a new spool.
This allows it to start printing again.
The problem occurred several times, too many to be a coincidence.
In your opinion, is it appropriate to complain to Bambulab because the problem is with the AMS or do you think that the problem is the TAG of the reel?
I ask for clarification from those who have much more experience than me, thank you.
