AMS lite - any way to do this?

A1 with AMS lite I have one of those spool enclosures on it. With that on, it is somewhat difficult to load a spool on the feeders that are in the back due to limited finger space. Sometimes it’s difficult to get the filament started with the spool already on the hub and thus the unit does not read the RFID tag. Sure, it’s easy enough to manually change in the menu, but defeats the purpose of having the feature. So my question is - is there any way to force it to re-read the tags? Doing a load/unload does not seem to work because I don’t think the spool turns far enough, or it just does not do a read during that function

there is in the bambu handy app for sure, maybe bambu studio as well. you click on the filament in question, and click reread

In the printer options, you can enable “read on startup”, and then power cycle the printer, that will re-read all four spools. Otherwise you always can force it to re-read individual spools.

Thanks. I’ll try the app after I finish the current print. I was only looking on the A1 screen for an option. I did not know about the read on startup either.
