For the first time I have buyed Bambu PLA Basic Spools. But Slot 2 and 3 doesn’t recognize it.
When I swap the spools from these slots to 1 or 4, it works fine…
Any ideas?

Remove & re-insert the filament or re-start the printer.
I did it several times. Every spool works fine on slot 1 or 4, but no one on 2 or 3… I think its dead there and I must open a ticket.
It looked like a little washer near the rotary spinner but that is the RFID Scanner. Try holding the RFID chip near that and see if it reads while loading it.
