Ams Lite gears not activating on right ports

My brand new not used Ams Lite is not loading filament on ports three and four. At the same time ports one and two load the filament.

Does anyone know how to fix this?

never mind.

I just turned off the printer and turned it back on and the gears started working. :ok_hand:
I now recommend turning the printer on and off if the same problems happen.
if I didn’t fix it I would probably have already done a factory reset.

Sometimes my AMS lite doesn’t allow me to insert filament easily.
Make sure you cut the filament end at an angle before inserting.

Turning it off and on again, fixes everything!

Hello,

I have the same problem as you with the A1 Mini AMS Lite. When I insert the filament, it is not being loaded. I also opened a ticket, but I have not received any responses and my printer is only 2 days old. Neither of the two solutions work for me.

Have you managed to resolve the issue? Any other ideas?
