AMS Lite not detecting filament

I loaded a roll of sunlu pla into my AMS lite, but it’s not showing up on the machine or the slicer. I restarted everything, loaded and unloaded it, and still, it appears to be empty even though the machine loaded it in. Have you seen this?

Only Bambu filaments use the RFID Tags, you will have to edit the colors manually.

That’s not what I mean, it’s not even showing a spool is loaded.

Try switching to a different slot to see if it works.

I am only using bambulabs filament and it wont detect anything. Even in studio when i press the refresh it doesn’t. it also thinks i have an external spool connected which i don’t.

Having the same issue with my AMS Lite… did you resolve your problem?

Have you enabled the ams in the printer filament settings ?

Yes i have. The other 3 positions work correctly, position 4 is the only one that is unable to detect that a spool has been installed.

do you have an image of both bambu studio and printer ?
and in studio do you have you 4 slots open/listed

listed

you should check here also as it appears the ams list on the left (above pic) is now corresponding to the model and the send print has aquired the ams settings in a dropdown box

Thank you for that! I decided to try another spool on position 4, and it recognized a spool was loaded. Not sure what happened, but all appears to be working correctly now. Thanks again for your suggestions…i will definitely screen shot them for future reference
Have a blessed day!
