Hi all, I’m having an issue with Rotary Spool Holder 4. When I have all 4 spools in use I’ve noticed that spool 4 isn’t turning anticlockwise to pull the filament back onto the spool when the filament is being changed which is causing the filament to eventually jump off the spool and causes the filament to get jammed. Everything else is working fine, any ideas what this maybe?

Broken or displaced spring inside the holder.
Buy a new one, they are cheap:

Thanks so much for the prompt reply, I wasn’t sure how the AMS worked so had no idea what to look for, thanks for your help much appreciated

Sorry to start this thread again but I’ve now had another spool holder fail. I took the last one apart and couldn’t see any obvious issues so I bought a new one as suggested and works perfectly. So I suppose my question is, do the spool holders need any maintenance like a little greasing every so often because I can’t see any reason as to why these have failed… many thanks
