I ve just got my first machine on Friday and now my slot 2 is un responsive. Reading through this thread i see this appears to be a common issue. Did anyone get any positive feedback in resolving this issue?

I had this problem. It started in 2 and over the course of 4 months it spread to 3 and 4. Bambu doesn’t have the slightest idea of what’s wrong. Now we read nozzle is covered in filament despite the fact it isn’t. My A1 is 14 months old and can only be used as a single filament printer. Warranty ran out and Bambu was like sorry about your luck. I don’t get it with these machines.
Now I would also like to add I have a A1 mini that is a work horse with (knock on wood) no issues. It runs like a beast and can print circles around my A1.

I am also having an issue with AMS slot 3. The arm that flips back and forth depending on which way the motor is turning just flips back and forth, and does not load the filament reliably. After 30 to 60 seconds of printing, it pops up an error about pushing filament. I have a video, but I don’t think there is a way to post videos here.
I, too, have taken the feeder apart and cannot find any issue with it. I’m at a loss.
