AMS lite slot 4 doesn't feed anymore

My AMS lite which is about 6 months old, has been getting harder and harder to take filament in slot 4, and now it just doesn’t. I’ve tried cutting the filament at 90 degrees, 45 and 30, but no luck. Same for PLA, PETG which is the only filaments I have.

Anything to try?

Some things to check, if you haven’t already. You can also share a bit more of what is happening or what you see & hear when it is trying to load.

thanks for the answer. the WIki link os for AMS not AMS Lite. What eventually worked was removing the PTFE tube from the AMS lite and re-inserting
