Yes I use the same size of tubes, work well.
I just got mine two days ago and also have this issue. I replaced the PTFE tube with one about an inch longer (25mm) and now I can print in both corners without issue. No more clicking and no more AMS motor overloaded error.
To me it looks like the previous trouble location was right about the center safe zone for the H2D, so they probably used the same tube from the H2D not considering that the H2S can go a little further to the left which pulls the tube just enough to get the buffer to hang up.
Thanks. I will try this fix. This is been annoying me.
Just started printing across the build plate on my H2S and kept getting this error. I found this thread and it’s good to know that a longer tube fixes it. I’ll be sending BL a ticket. At first, I thought something more serious was wrong because I could hit continue and the print would resume without any issues. The filament wasn’t tangled or obstructed, so I was really confused.
They still haven’t fixed this? Kinda understandable back when it was first released, but 3 months in they should have fixed this.
Update – it was for sure that it needs a little longer ptfe tube so it doesn’t pull on the buffer for being tight/short.
Hi there. So whats the cure? How many millimeters the tube should have? 590mm, 595mm, 600mm?
I just started getting this error after a month of use. So frustrating.
630mm works fine, no buffer klicks, no touching the glas.
I’m having the same issue but mine is happening even when it’s printing at the back of the printer not just the front left or right. Is this still the same issue. My buffer is also clicking. I had a post before and people said it was a partial clog so changed the nozzle and it still happens. Even happened a few times with 0.8 HF.
Is this the problem you are having?
No idea. It’s the buffer that’s clicking not the ams. Just keeps stopping with overload. Sometimes will print for hours sometimes will do it every few minutes but can be recovered just by clicking resume.
I might have to contact bambu support at this point coz something isn’t right.
