AMS not loading 2nd filament roll

Hi Group

for the first time I ran a print longer than the roll of filament I had in bay 2 of the AMS but I did have a second roll loaded in Bay 4 and I thought I had it loaded properly…

however the printer stopped and asked for a new roll to be placed in the same slot as the one that ran out?
so I switched them around…

does this mean my second roll was not loaded properly, or do I need to set a setting in the Bambu lab to tell the AMS to use another slot if material runs out or something?

There is a tick box you have to select, in the settings for the AMS. Then it should work.
