Ams numbering sequence

Love my X1C. In slicer it lists the filaments from 1-8 (I have 2 AMS’s). But printer uses A1-4, B1-4. It would be nice to use the same nominclature for everything Bambu.

It makes sense as it is, because the list of filaments does not necessarily correspond to the filaments in the AMS. You are free to have more or less or even completely different materials in the slicer. Basically if you want to use only two colors in a print, it would be sufficient to only have two materials in the slicer. The mapping happens in the “send” window, where you choose which filament in the AMS should be used for which filament in the slicer. So maybe you want to print material 2 and 5 using the filament A1 and A3 from the AMS.
You could also want to print material 3 in the slicer from the external spool holder.
