My P1s combo last weeks has ams pull back error during filament changing or printing. It happens 2. or 3. of ams number. Filament brand is generic non bambu lab.
When it happen ams can not pull back or push forward from inside of extruder. I tried by hand manually push or pull not relased.
During investigation noticed this happen after cuting of filament. The top of Filament such as squeeze inside of extruder. Added pictures on below.
Suspected situations;
1-not enough cooling in extruder and filament stuck inside of gears.
2-not equal dimension of filament.
Try a different brand/type of filament. If that prints OK, then the filament you have problems with, is probably faulty. If you can, check the extruder to clean the drive wheels. My first thoughts were that there was heat creep, blocked cooling fan/whatever, so that filament was soft when being pulled back.
