AMS Region lock?

I know the printers are region locked, but can anyone confirm if the chinese AMS (2/HT) work with global printers?

My local distributor says they won’t be selling loose Pros/HTs for several months (they only sell combos) and the global shop uses USD which converts terribly to my currency.

Give it time. Our idiot President has already devalued the dollar by about 10% internationally and shows no signs of learning from his mistakes. By this time next year your currency will buy many more dollars.
