AMS suddenly goes out during printing

Hello everyone,

I purchased a Bambu Lab X1 Carbon with an AMS module a few days ago. Unfortunately, I’ve been experiencing some issues since then: After about 5 prints or a longer printing duration, the AMS stops working. Neither the software nor the printer itself recognize the AMS, and the LED lights suddenly turn red and start blinking.

I’m a bit puzzled and wondering what could be causing this problem and how I can resolve it. Has anyone else experienced similar issues or does anyone know what to do in this situation? I would greatly appreciate your help and any tips you can provide.

Try adjust the hub at the back of the printer. Pull and push it. Or change the ptfe tube
