AMS2: black buttons on hub?

Hi all, I’m having an issue where the AMS2 thinks there is some filament stuck somewhere (perhaps correctly so).

The troubleshooting leads me to this page:

Step 1 is “remove the tubes” by pressing on the black buttons. The problem is though: my AMS2 doesn’t have anything that looks like a black button, and in the photo the guy’s finger is in the way so I can’t see what he’s pressing on.

On this related page, it says “push down on the black gasket”. Same photo, so I can’t see what’s being pressed on (and I’ve pressed on pretty much everything on the hub in that general area), so I have no clue what to do here. I don’t want to press on anything to hard in case I break something.

Any tips? Am I being clueless here, or is the documentation faulty?

Cheers,

Chris

Press down on the little ring in the direction of the red arrow. This will release the tubing.

Many thanks Dana, that seemed to do it.
For the tube that I was trying to remove, it had to be pushed with quite a bit of force (perhaps because there was filament caught in there). The other ones were a lot easier.

Thanks again,

Chris
