AMS2 Pro, Gear misaligned?

Just received my P1S with the AMS2 Pro. The P1S is working flawlessly, only the AMS is giving me headaches.

Have not been able to get it to feed filament to the printer. After first install, added the PLA basic in the first slot, it would feed and retract a couple of times, but kept failing to reach the printer.

And now it doesnt autofeed on the first slot at all anymore, on the other slots it autofeeds, but i am getting an “AMS Filament ran out” error when trying from the other slots.

I noticed that the gear on the first slot higher up then the rest… so this must be the cause of the problem, is this fixable? Or do i need to RMA?

First of all contact Bambu support and see what they advise.

Secondly blow out all the gearing with compressed air as bits do accumulate within gear mechanism

I had similar on my AMS and was able to push “lever” down from within (reel side) and it worked.

Was able to push it down, but still doesnt feed/autofeed on slot 1, other slots it autofeeds, only in slot 4 its soo aggressive that the teeth bite into the filament.
Will contact support for a solution
