mr burns is right here contact support… im waiting on a new feeder unit(ams2) im currently waiting for a ticket response as now all slots in the ams2 are having issues… the gear flicking up is normal… that gear flicks up when it is feeding that filament… mine was twisting to the side and making the spools jump up against the ams lid
