Pretty sure they are not. Different kinds of membrane processes. The Wintek product is based on creating a pressure differential across the membrane, through which water passes more easily than the gas(ses) you want to dry. That’s definitely different from the electro-chemical process of pulling hydrogen ions through a membrane.
(There’s a joke in here somewhere… when is a membrane not a membrane…)

Impressive lengths that you have gone to war on humidity. I think you still forget something though - when one breathes, lots of moisture come out. Stop breathing or wear a mask that can block the moisture.
