Annoying filament left in the center of the print bed during startup

Hi,
I’m printing LED lamps, so I need perfect first layer.
Sadly the printer is leaving a little bit of filament in the center of the bed during startup process as it’s touching the bed with a little bit of melted filament out of the nozzle.

That’s really annoying as it doesn’t allow a perfect 1st layer.

How can I tel the printer to stop doing this ?

Modifying the start g-code is probably the solution, but there is so many lines…

Thanks for support

Did you ever get a solution?

no but yes, I remove it manually when it happens.

To fix this problem you need to make changes to the startup G-code. You will have to add a command to have the printer move the nozzle to a point away from the bed before printing begins. This can be done, for example, using the G1 Z0.2 command to raise the nozzle to a certain height above the bed before printing begins. You may also want to consider using the auto level features if your printer supports them.

Probably too late…

This problem usually only happens if the filament oozes a little bit.
Adding a skirt loop close the model can fix this in most cases.
It takes whatever came out of the nozzle and with the tiny move to the actual model there should be no residue.
