Annoying "rattling" noise A1

The screw from the bottom that has the whole wiper assembly connected to the arm? Yes.

I’m dealing the vertical metal moving part on the top of the assembly.

I’ve been trying to resolve this myself. I thought it was the poop bucket I have attached, but it’s definitely the poop cutter! When I tough the wiper it stops rattling.

I had the same thing and I’ve just tightened the wiper after seeing your comment and it seems to have worked! Thank you

Sometimes a “clicking” or “tapping” sound can be heard when the hotend moves rapidly, this can be caused by the filament cutter blade inside flapping about.

I’m embarrassed I didn’t think of that! LOL!
I tightened all the screws on and around the cutter and that solved the problem. Thanks for sharing!

Had same issue and tightening the wiper blade fixed it for me aswell. They should have some locktite on that screw. Also I checked others screws in general and it seemed like most of them got a little loose after the first 2 weeks of printing so I tightened those aswell which helped a little bit with vibration noise

I just fixed the problem myself, I have a Bambu lab A1 and it was the 4 screws on the top of the printer supporting the two screws (The top most screws facing up) and gave them each a little snug and the noise went away. I also grease up my screws to help a little bit too

I too have sometimes a rattling sound coming from that part. Since i identified it, ok with me.

Can Confirm this was my issue, I tightened the screws and voila the rattle was gone.
