I’ve read the other post similar to my issue. My issue is slightly different. This is a brand new AMS 2 Pro. Slot 1 and 2 will load but will not feed. The filament never exits the AMS. Slots 3 & 4 work fine.
I’ve submitted a ticket but haven’t heard back yet. Any thoughts from the group? I’m a bit reluctant to start disassembling a brand new unit to fix this error.
Did you check for broken filament in the ptfe going from the 1 and 2 first stage feeders to the hub? They are right under the filament spools on the AMS 2.

Depending on the color of the filament and where it is sometimes you can actually see it in the tubes. If you don’t see it pull the PTFE out where it connects to the hub, you just push in where it connects and pull it out. Then take a good piece of filament and push it in the first stage feeder, keep pushing until it reaches the back of the PTFE. It will push any broken pieces out. Make sure the filament you push in isn’t brittle or it might break too.
