Another deceived H2D customer

Unfortunately i have terrible experience, with H2D / Bambulab as it was my first printer from Bambu. I Have purchased H2D combo and in less than 80 hours of printing in already got hardware failure. Something happened during filament change and nozzle collided with brush - (unfortunate i cant add pictures to this post , dont know why :().

In result cables from temperature sensor was broken and support plate was deformed

I have created support ticket 11 days ago, so far no response, no reaction at all.

I have put temp sensor wires together and continue using printer.

Today I have~ 160h printing time and now AMS Pro reported that one of the engines is broken and have to be replaced…

I have to say that I expected more from 2k+ machine, and “best” 3d company - two hardware failures , no support, no customer care…

Consider twice before you buy this machine.
