I just had my 2nd rear lead screw nut strip out on my H2 which began life as an H2D and I upgraded to an H2C. The first was about 1,500 to 2,000 hours in and happened about the time I received my H2C upgrade kit, so I replaced all the lead screws and nuts at the time of the upgrade and greased the l…

What I don’t like is Bambu’s sneaky way of trying to get around of this. I asked for a feeder drive replacement, they said no it’s out of 3 month warranty. I said I have 2 years like you say, they then said oh yes okay and sent one out. Why not just be transparent and honest from the get go rather…

I can’t judge on that. I reported an issue and supplied all the required information and they themselves came up with the replacement. I did not need to mention anything about warranty. They asked me to provide the order number under which I had ordered the printer together with some other info.

Happened to me too. The rear screw on my H2D stripped after 1,191 hours. It gave me the final little push to place an order for a U1.

I recommend POM z axis leadscrew nuts.

printed or bought ? if bought, may I please ask for source ?

Those look fine, my link has a dimension drawing. I believe any TR8x8 should work. I was not able to print POM. I will release tools to make this adapter from aluminum at some point in time.

In the meantime while you wait for the POM nut and use @MiamiJerry adapter, you can use my repair kit temporarily to get you up and running in less than 15 minutes. [image] H2 leadscrew nut repair kit easy quick, no removal - Free 3D Print Model -... Download this free 3D print file des…

These people did just not greased their printers or they installed hardware upgrades without proper knowledge and they are the 0.01% over all
