Any idea what's going on here?

My printer was working fine when I decided to run another flow test and now it’s not adhering on the first layer, even after I re-ran all the calibration on the printer calibration screen

It looks like an adhesion issue. Did you wash the build surface under hot water using Dawn dish soap or some other dishwashing soap?

What you might try is to do an initial calibration test to recalibrate the entire build plate. The second thing is to run a first layer test across a 200x200x.04mm cube. This will reveal two things; contamination of the build surface and whether or not your build plate is correctly leveled. If there are voids in the surface of the first layer that are blotchy, that is an indication of plate contamination. If the layer is uneven, that’s bad bed leveling.

To me it seems like a z axis offset problem where the nozzle is too far away from the print bed… Which I don’t understand because I have already ran that calibration today.

To me, it looks like when i need to wash the plate. When you have z-calibration issues, you probably would not get one square to stick.
I agree with Olias, wash the plate with dawn soap and hot water, dry the plate with a lint free towel then run the initial calibration.

What filament is it? What bed temp are you using?

if it was a dirty plate then why would every single calibration block (out of the 7 ) all look the exact same with a gap in the same place right on the inside of the walls? that doesn’t make sense to me and when I go to pull this stuff up off the bed it’s STUCK on there good. It’s PETG HF, textured PEI plate 70C. I’ve been using it without issue for the past few weeks then this started happening today

Yes PETG stuck to the textured PEI plate you should stop insist and get a smooth one for that, before ruining the textured one.
also H2D can’t calibrate the nozzle offset without an healthy textured pei. other plates are not in the menu. I use mine just for that.

My textured PEI plate is less than 2 weeks old so it is very healthy and not damaged at all :slight_smile:

Your infill is completely disconnected from wall

There is specifically a infill overlap setting to look at but noone changes that lol. This can also happen when you have fat fingered your pressure advance and put a decimal place wrong. Pressure advance is measured in seconds, and for PLA/petg is commonly in the range of 0.01 - 0.05
