Is any progress being made with the IOS version in Handy in regards to viewing timelapse videos?
It’s reached the point where nothing comes up in any IOS device I try. Power cycling the printer used to help occasionally, but that no longer works.

Apparently they are not going to fix this issue as of the end of May 2023 you still can’t view Timelapse videos in handy. Sad that they can’t or won’t address this issue.
Wouldn’t this absorb a large volume of cloud network bandwidth that could otherwise be used to provide quality service to further customers?
Seems like a neat idea, but a bit expensive on the backend imo.
