My Bambu prints amazing feats but it has a few tweaks. This statue of “Perseus Slaying Medusa”, has fine details and smooth movement a few areas like his arm and the bottom surfaces of Medusa is a disaster! Any slicer suggestions?

Did you have supports enabled? It looks like the angle of the right arm was too much to do elegantly without supports.
If your printing file has the required quality and the filament is in proper condition and adequate for detailed printing, you can use supports (maybe using support material) for the missing arm. I cannot see the bottom surface of the Medusa, but overall, use the smallest nozzle, reduce print speed and lower the layer height.
These changes may imply further fine-tuning, such as filament temperature and cooling. Furthermore, you may achieve better surface quality by increasing the flow rate.
