Hey all! I’m fairly new to 3D printing, so appologies in advance if there’s some simple setting i’m missing here.
I’m creating some pixel art artwork, and on certain sections of my models, there’s some gaps in the corners i’m trying to fill.
The images illustrate the problem areas with a 0.4mm nozzle and the 0.2mm nozzle. I thought the smaller nozzle would solve the problem, but they’re still there, although they are a bit less noticeable.
The things i’ve tried are setting my wall generator to Arachne, increasing my infill/wall overlap, changing my infill direction, and changing my flow ratio to 1.1 to help fill in the tiny holes.
None of those changes seemed to make a huge difference on my 0.4mm nozzle (which i’m hoping to use for these since the extra print time on 0.2 is just so insane haha) so i’m wondering if there’s anything else I can try?
Any thoughts, or being pointed in the right direction would be appreciated! Thanks!
