I started having some top layer issues all of a sudden on my X1C. I’m testing out various things, but would also like to know if there is a way to revert the firmware on the machine in case that caused some kind of change.

Would also like to know if this is possible. I’d like to try a re-install of the current firmware at the least.
AFAIK there isn’t. Support confirmed this for me.
Kind of silly to not be able to revert the FW…I expect this needs to eventually be addressed somehow.

Having an option when updating to new firmware would be have a rollback option with safety prompts
