Mine came and the box had a big rip although the printer looked ok in that spot. I took it out after a couple days (was away for a couple days) and realized the back bottom of the printer is dented in. The box is spongy there so likely a forklift fork was used at the middle. The packaging isn’t sufficient. There are 2 foam pieces, 1 on the left and one on the right side bottom. So there is a big gap between them. So if a forklift picks up the box from the middle or it’s dropped at the middle back/front it will dent it. My frame is a little bent, back panel bent up and out and bottom plastic ring bent/broken. The forklift must have pushed on the bottom bearing by the back as well.
I’m curious if anyone else was like this? Could have been factory damage as well. Hopefully Bambu is aware of that packaging flaw or see this. I almost missed it in excitement.

Some users have experienced damage, and Bambu Lab has replaced their printers. Hopefully, you recorded a video while unboxing and took photos of the damage Bambu may request them. Make sure to keep the original packaging and contact Bambu Lab as soon as possible.
Hey, I have shipping damage in the same area. I think it was a forklift too. I oppened a ticket and now they are sending a new bottom ring cover. Should arrive tomorrow.
Only that plastic ring got damaged on yours? My back panel is dented up maybe 1/2" pushed from the bottom up. The bottom plastic ring is dented in and up. The metal behind that plastic ring is dented up as well, so mine isn’t as lucky. I’m a bit worried mine is bent around where the gears and belt are just past that.
Also after I boxed it again and tipped it to the side, I’m more convinced it happened in the factory as the box looks too intact right there. Granted the box is beatup and ripped other places.
Yes in my case it looks like only the bottom ring is dented in. Backplate looks straight. I hope there is no further damage but I will see when I remove the old bottom bracket. I would attach some pictures, but for some reason its not allowing me.
5 days after submitting the shipping damage ticket. Still no reply… I can’t even imagine they can file a claim with FedEx at this point. Would be nice if they at least could give me a label to ship it back and get it going.
