I can connect to the printer and move the axis using the PC and App, but sending a print it looks like it is going to start then just does nothing. Says it is connected and uploads the file to the cloud, then nothing. Is this a server issue or something else?
Same problem here on my x1c. Cloud print states its successful and jumps to the device window but doesnt start.
Yup, looks like Bambu servers might be down…
I’m having same issue, would be nice if Bambu would make an announcement when their cloud is down. They are on X and Facebook they could do a shout out really easy. Or better yet, put an announcement to the server status right here in the Forum.
It is late in China but they will have things in place for this surely?
Same issue here - had to slice and print a few times today because print sends but doesn’t start
Same issue here - X1C. Trying to start manual flor rate calibration. After sending… Calibration window… → nothing happens - it shows “N/A”.
Yep, same thing here. Sent to printer, but never starts.
I was now just able to finally send to the printer through the cloud, and the print is starting…
it appears like it sends file, but does not… you can send file to the card, but then you have to go to printer to print it…
this has happened many times before… it has been down for hours… but in the mean time you can send them and do it manually, yes a pain, but at least you don’t have to load it to the SD card from your computer…
Same here! Very frustrating when I’ve got orders to fulfill
The issue for me is that the printer wont print after a successful print. Power cycle the printer and sending again works. But after that print finishes, it won’t print again until power cycle.
I’m having the same issue. I managed to get one print out via the cloud but that’s it.
Power cycle does not really work for me. I had to send the print over to the SD card via WiFi locally and start the print from the printers display.
Putting printer in LAN only mode, and printing straight from BS works for me as well.
This is no longer working me… LAN only mode for now…
I have had one print go through the cloud, had to remove and re add - factory reset one of my printers to do this though.
https://status.bambulab.com/ helpfully says the cloud is operational. I’m guessing it’s not quite right based on the number of posts to the contrary.
This was the final straw that got me to switch to LAN only mode and now I can send my prints again. I don’t think I’ll be switching back.
Reddit is full of complaints about this and the 2am print jobs that resulted from the cloud service coming back on line without clearing the print queue first. People woke up to f@cked up printers.
What’s worse is nothing at all from Bambu Labs. They have been silent on this. I hope this makes them put more features into LAN mode like the freaking camera working.
