I’ve had problems with 2 of my brand new p1p printers that effectively make them unable to be used. I sent a ticket almost 2 weeks ago (Ticket No: US230115383001) and still no response. I’m beginning to worry spending nearly $1500 on two printers that no longer function may have been a mistake. Is anyone else experiencing being ghosted by support?
I’m in the same boat. Brand new X1 carbon w/AMS having issues that make it unusable same day I opened the box and havnt heard a peep from support since 1/14/23. Printer is still broken and still no response.
Most businesses in China have been closed this last week because of the Lunar New Year.
…and China is also pretty much affected by Covid-19
But is tech support in China or Austin? Or both?

Support is in China as far as I can tell. Austin is just a warehouse for shipping.
