Anyone having the printer stop responding to prints?

Servers are crashing at the Moment, i think they will fix it soon

Bambu Studio (both versions - on my Mac and Windows PC), both cannot see the printer at all, not able to print.

I was having the issue, but it seems to have now been resolved. Hopefully everyone else is seeing the same

I’m done with the cloud ■■■■ as it’s just not reliable enough. I switched to LAN only mode and it is working great and considerably faster than cloud mode when it works. I will miss the Handy app though as I liked to check in on the camera from time to time.

Not sure if this is the same thing but wanted to add my experience that happened recently.

Tried to print via Bambu Studio last night, Sent the print to the printer and it auto switched to the device tab and nothing happened. Didn’t download or anything so I switched back to the print and re-sent it.

This time it started heating up, did it’s ABL thing and went to work. Print finished and I grabbed the print like I usually do and went to sleep.

Woke up and went to work then started seeing random people getting rogue prints on Reddit. Checked my printer for the hell of it and WTH I have another Tool Head Hanger waiting for me when I get home…

I don’t think anything is broken since I removed my last print and purge line but won’t be able to verify unless I get home but the tool head has parked itself in the correct position after a successful print so I’m guessing I’m ok.

But now I fear using the cloud as I can’t have that happen again if I accidentally forget to remove a print or something or not knowing if a print is truly sent through the system or not with the random issue I had at first. My guess it that first print got stuck somehow in the cloud and reprinted itself after the last print completed.

There needs to be failsafes in order so this doesn’t happen again.

Having same issues. Started about a week ago… and it’s not a plate naming issue as I use the defaults.

Same here, prints don’t always start on the first try. Sending it again seems to work. I came back a few hours later and found another part, that I don’t remember printing. I think its time to downdate the firmware

I’ve encountered this sporadically since day one. Most times if I send the print a second time it will print. A few times I had to close Bambu Studio, reopen, then send. Just recently I had to power cycle the printer to get it to print. And yes, like you, each time everything seems fine, camera is working, I can re-home, etc., But the print never actually starts.
