Has anyone seen a printer coming so destroyed fresh outof the box?
Also the ams lite where the feeder supposed to seat is broken.
seems an optic illusion. I mean the top left frame doesn’t seem at 90°…
It sadly isn’t an illusion. The whole z axis is loose. You can’t lift it, it is just falling down again.
The weird thing is, the box is just fine. No damage at all

lol. I have climbed it last year. For that tower it needs to be bent a little more.
if you drop the crate flat from a height, if the box doesn’t burst, the stuff inside maybe yes
I think the dpd carrier might have done that.
I have put in a ticket, with pictures, video’s. I’m curious if they send replacement parts ( what is alsmost a new printer and ams), or that i need to ship it back, and they send a new one.

Is the brass nut that locks onto the Z axis screw completely broken? Actually curious to see what fails first when thrown down the stairs
