Has anyone seen a printer coming so destroyed fresh outof the box?
Also the ams lite where the feeder supposed to seat is broken.
seems an optic illusion. I mean the top left frame doesn’t seem at 90°…
It sadly isn’t an illusion. The whole z axis is loose. You can’t lift it, it is just falling down again.
The weird thing is, the box is just fine. No damage at all

lol. I have climbed it last year. For that tower it needs to be bent a little more.
if you drop the crate flat from a height, if the box doesn’t burst, the stuff inside maybe yes
I think the dpd carrier might have done that.
I have put in a ticket, with pictures, video’s. I’m curious if they send replacement parts ( what is alsmost a new printer and ams), or that i need to ship it back, and they send a new one.

Is the brass nut that locks onto the Z axis screw completely broken? Actually curious to see what fails first when thrown down the stairs

Mine arrived pristine. But I bought a sausage stuffer from Temu and the only thing they did not have to replace was the cast iron head and drive train. It came out of the box looking a lot like your printer.
I’ll be watching to see how you fare with Bambu Labs. Hope you don’t have to repair it on the kitchen island.

Apparently you’d never delt with the Chinese business model. They’ll send you everything, but not replace the item as a whole. I’m watching this one.
I have bought 35 a1 combo’s before. This is the first one, that came like this. I once had one with a heatbed malfunction. They replaced the board ( read: send me the new board).
Ah if for you a burnt circuit is worth a bent frame and a cracked fairing… good luck!

No, most i sell right a way. And most of the time i open my printers on my pooltable 
I already have response from them.
They gave me 3 options.
- Send the printer back, when it arrives there i get the money back
- Send the printer back, when it arrives there they send a new one
- A fast replacement, they send a new one right away, but i need to give a deposit, in case i don’t send te broken one back.
I think their support was fast today !!
Ridiculous how FedEx and other carriers treat these machines!
