Anyone tried the COEX3D Weld3D Bed Adhesive?

Hi there! Been lurking here for about a year, picking up lots of useful info. I had gotten the BL liquid glue when I bought my P1S about a year ago. I have no complaints with it but I need more and was curious to see what else is out there. I had been curious about the Magigoo original, and while price shopping around for that, I landed at the COEX 3D site. Then I noticed their own Weld3D bed adhesive, but I have not been able to find any reviews anywhere.

I’m intrigued by it because while it’s a spray bottle (not sure I’m thrilled with that), for the same or less than the Magigoo or BL liquid glue, it looks like you get almost twice as much product, so wondering if anyone has had good luck with it.

For comparison:
BL liquid glue - 60 ml ($16.99 at time of post)
Magigoo original - 50 ml (~$19.95 at time of post)
COEX 3D Weld3D - 4 oz./118ml ($14.99 at time of post)

I have zero association with COEX 3D. Just a hobbyist looking to save money where I can, without sacrificing quality… so I can buy more filament! :wink:

Welcome to the forum! Just a question, have you tried printing without any glue?

Yes. I don’t use the glue for everything, but I have needed it for some things, so just looking for a less expensive alternative to the BL glue that I’ve got.

Ah, gotcha. This is a cheaper alternative, but it definitely goes on thicker than the Bambu liquid glue, oh and it says “1 Unit” but it’s 3 sticks in a box.

When I first started this is what I used, then moved to the Bambu liquid and then stopped using glue altogether. Apparently Dremel has a whole line of 3D printers but I’ve never actually found anyone who has one.

Hopefully if anyone has any experience with the Weld3D they’ll chime in.
