Was working fine for me yesterday… I started getting the error today… I changed nothing on my side.
Getting this error now. Assuming it is the same error as 9 days ago, sounds like they have crappy validation procedures and flighted a bad version.
Not that I’m aware of? I checked the developer’s console and there are a ton of warnings. I’m on Firefox 137.0. If I try it on Chrome, it get the client-side error message. I don’t have any major extensions on Firefox.
Same here, all browsers. My work PC is fine.
Same on all browsers on Windows pc. Works on android chrome
Same. Opera and Edge both aren’t opening the US Store, but will open any other region.
Originally this was only affecting a few of us but it looks like it’s picking up steam.
Welcome to the forum everyone who is new!

@Tanklet It started affecting a lot more people today. There’s another thread also.
Site worked fine this morning EST USA using Chrome on multiple different networks. Now the USA store tries to open then generates this exception error. Cross posted into another thread also.
Currently my experience is from my Windows 10 PC using a Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge browser the initial Bambu Labs main page loads fine. However, when I click anything on the page I get the " Application error: a client-side exception has occurred (see the browser console for more information)."
If I use a Firefox browser from my Windows 10 PC I am able to access the Bambu Labs entire site with no issues.
If I use my iPhone and a Apple Safari or Google Chrome browser I am also able to access the entire Bambu Labs site with no issues.
Yep, started on my desktop and laptop. Worked fine until today. Started getting the " Application error: a client-side exception has occurred (see the browser console for more information)." No matter what I’ve tried, nothing works. Other websites with Java work just fine and looking just like the code from PrinterMcgee post.
I posted this in the other thread, but for visibility, Ill post it here:
Using ChatGPT 4.5 to analyze the errors in the chrome console says this:
" Yes, it’s very likely a server-side or application-specific JavaScript issue, especially given your findings:
- Works on Android Chrome: This indicates the problem isn’t with the content itself universally, but how it’s delivered or executed specifically in desktop Chrome (likely due to different code paths, caching, or how the application serves desktop/mobile requests).
- Call stack exceeded & React Error #423: Both strongly suggest the site’s JavaScript frontend has a logic bug (e.g., infinite loops, recursive parsing issues, problematic JSON).
Why is this probably server-side?
- Infinite loop on JSON.parse: The JavaScript file (
6744-5e9f25c9d5b3a524.js) could be receiving malformed JSON data from the backend API call on desktop browsers specifically. - React error #423 (Suspense rendering): This implies the website’s frontend React app tries repeatedly (and infinitely) to load/render certain data, possibly caused by incorrect or unexpected API responses.
- Device-specific behaviors: The server might serve different payloads or handle cookies/local storage differently based on the browser or device."
Disabling Javascript in Chome appears to resolve the error and allow into the store, but interactive components wont work.
So it is a javascript issue on the server side. At least how it is presented to desktop computers.
Oh, I can disable Java Script in the browser settings then none of the menus work on the main site nor can I get to my account settings
Yeah, I said interactive object wont work. Just proving that its not on our end. Looks like its just mobile devices until they sort it out.
Ok, thanks! Yeah, the error on page kept saying client side. Only way to get things to work was disable Java Scripts and live without the interactive objects.
Again, thanks!
Yes, my mobile device works fine but my laptop and desktop stopped working on the Bambu Lab website.
Any Ideas?
Bambu Labs will need to address the issue on their side. There isn’t much you can do other than user your mobile if you need to order or view anything on the Bambu Labs site. I would imagine as Bambu Labs realizes an impact to people being able to place orders they will resolve the issue fairly quickly.

Appreciate it, thanks ddavis83864. I’m glad I ordered my printer and filament yesterday.
@xiaoxiniu Please help with this.
I think I solved it for me at least!
It started happening a few days ago on all my computers at home. I looked at my Ethernet settings and switched from Public to Private network. Problem solved.
Not sure if MS has something with a recent update or BambuLabs changed something on their web page. Or it could be a coincidence that it worked within a minute of making the change. Good hunting!!
