Everytime I try to go to the online store using my school Chromebook, I get the error message “Application error: a client-side exception has occurred”, and I am unable to view anything on the store. This started happening roughly 3-4 weeks ago, I have tried deleting cookies, turning off my ad-blocker, but nothing has worked so far. Are there any plans to fix this issue? Is there already a solution?
Same here. Still happening on the work computer. @Tanklet I think this started after the anti-DDOS measures were put in place. I don’t know if this helps but:
I went down the list and tried everything no luck. I looked and it’s the latest version of Chrome. I’ve tried in Safari and Edge too. When I’m at home it works fine in all browsers.
It’s using “Sophos Intercept X”, which I can’t modify … but it isn’t showing anything in the log being blocked.
It only happens on the store. No problems on Makerworld, the forum or the base site. Part of the store loads but then it freezes and the screen goes to that error.
Any update on this? I am receiving the same error. No issues with main site but when going to any of the store pages I am met with: Application error: a client-side exception has occurred (see the browser console for more information).
Using google chrome.
Happens in incognito mode as well.
I just started getting that same error message today. I tried on a pc and a mac and got error on both computers. I can get into all except the bambu store.
Just started getting this error today on both home and work networks for the US Store. I can connect to VPN and access the EU store just fine. Looks like something to do with the US store specifically.
