Are these normal sounds?

Hello, I don’t think the sounds are normal how can I fix that? Probably something with the z belt. It’s only when I move the bed down.

this sound is not normal. I do not have such a noise moving the bed down.

Are the lead screws clean?

Have they been cleaned and greased again? This might help some until support can get back with you with a solution. It would be nice to grease the bearings but they are shielded for contamination.

Is it possible the cable bundle behind the rear Z lead screw is rubbing against something? I’ve heard a similar sound as the bed nears bottom and those cables bend more and touch the enclosure. In your case perhaps the rough plastic sleeve is against the lead screw.

The Z rod is gripping the heatbed cable protection slieve. Try to reroute it.

They are clean and greased, it sounds like there is filament stuck or something… but I can’t find anything

I’ve also put a little grease on the bottom z belt but nothing got better :frowning:
