Yes, there is.
Edit: Have a good day everyone, I think anyone left here still commenting already somewhat knows my thoughts.
I trust Bambu will make the best decision for the wider userbase, not just those in this thread.
Youāre a genius! Also, youāre awesome for showing us the secret⦠you could have totally kept us believing that your account didnāt have the minumum lol.
Iām no genius.
Some heros donāt wear capes, but I canāt tell who it was that told me how to do it. I donāt want to, and you canāt make me.
If he does, then ok. But I assure you I was not smart enough to figure that out on my own.
Was it @JonRaymond ? I bet it was @JonRaymond ā¦
Hmmmm, seems ālikeā.
Hey, anyone up for helping other users like we did this pumpkin dragon guy?
Absolutely, which model?
I dunno. Iām saying in general. We happened upon this one.
I thought about starting a āhelp meā thread but then decided Iād be responsible for it and Iām not responsible. Ask my kids and wife.
I just enjoyed it a bit. Iāll help, just donāt wannaā¦be responsible.
Totally agree⦠Iām on it, searching now.
Well itās almost bedtime and I have a print going. Can print something tomorrow. Unless (hopefully) someone else joins.
If thereās one that can wait send me a message.
This is such an exaggeration and hyperbole, but itās not surprising coming from the person that said AI generated model images are a form of psychological abuse.
You misinterpret the point of that, which is a common theme here.

I ended up doing 4 small random ones⦠it was harder than I thought to find ones with no print profiles.
If I may ask, what are you and @johnfcooley up to?
They are helping out new creators with no print profiles or poor pictures
I did this for a few months, but it ended up sucking up so much time and becoming a thankless job, not that I wanted thanks, but, worse, poor designs were blamed on my profiles not fixing them.
I have been creating print profiles of all kinds of possible and impossible models almost daily for several months.
Everything that catches my eye and doesnāt have a print profile is printed. It may catch my eye because itās a new user who needs support, itās simply art in my eyes, or maybe itās useful for someone else.
Yes, it takes a lot of time - every now and then a young creator gets in touch and thanks me. Those are the nice moments.
Not every print ends in a print profile. With every 3rd or 4th print, it turns out that the model has flaws that are bound to cause trouble. I donāt release this print profile then and give these prints into the loving hands of the waste recycler.
I do this to improve the end user experience. Many people just want to print and without a print profile the models donāt show up in the Bambu mobile app.
There are also Makerworld points. Itās not cost-covering, but it doesnāt need to be.
Iām trying to make the big picture a little better.
I also noticed that recently. A really horrible print profile and model, got mostly 5 stars. I improved that, strengthened the model (hollow model) and added such print settings to make it more printable. Next, the creator took some of them and published them himself. A few days later, my print profile received its first 4-star rating.
I really meant well so that people donāt print out as much rubbish as was shown in the pictures. But the better option is probably to rate the designerās print profile accordingly and add suggestions for improvement.
i hope you guys are awarding the points from those profiles to the designer, itās the right thing to do imo
I am, Iām sure @johnfcooley is too.
