Hi,
New to 3d Printing, and having some failure on a part I’m trying to print. Basically each time it gets to the layer above the supports it’s not sticking to the support when it does the internal wall circles (that are printed on the support). I’ve attach an image, but it seems to be the internal wall area that’s printing a few wall circle keeps detaching.
The detached part is at the top of the image (It should be next to the diagonal parts as it’s the internal wall of a duct connector).
I’ve been printing with this material all week making parts for some ventilation stuff, and it’s been working fine, but this is the first time I’ve needed supports. I’m wondering if the issue is because it’s printing the internal wall and it’s not actually attached to the main piece yet (it’s just got the supports to lie on top of and fills in the floor after doing that).
The setting are set to use the Bambu Lab ASA strong 0.2mm layer height, and I have painted on the supports with a fill command on the base.
Hopefully someone here has a suggest and the help is greatly appreciated!
