Asa Print Problems

Hey, today i tried to Print Asa. Its the Asa from Extrudr.
I did the Flow calibration with the hollow cube.

Then i printed 2 Sunglass Holder for the car. The print all in all was ok. But the surface quality was poor. See first picture. Then i wanted to experiment with settings for a better surface quality and printed a cube.

But then i noticed that on the seam there is a Problem. See picture 2. The Problem dont change with different settings.

Can you tell me why there is the issue on the seam and why my surface quality is bad?

My Settings for the print are standart 0.2mm settings.
And for the filament see picture 3 and 4.

Have you printed a temp tower? Your temp seems very low. I print 3dxtech asa at 245c on my qidi machine and 260c on the bambu.

your asa need a nozzle temp from 235 to 255. My Asa need 215 to 240.

And with 240 its the same issue.

I solved the Problem.

The Problem was that the part Fan was to slow. I oriented me at the Data sheet for the Filament that said cooling 0-30%.

Now I have 10 - 80% and it is fine.

Only the surface is not so smooth like pla. But it’s OK.

I would like to hear about tips for Asa surface optimization.
