i am printing a flat disk 8" in diameter (203mm), I get warping really bad on the last top layers.

what would be the next best filament? PETG? PC?
I need durability and it will be outside. the color i will be using is Black
Petg is cheap, easier to print. If it fades/deteriorates, print another. Maybe plastic is not needed. Just 'cos you have a hammer, not everything is nails 
thanks! I will probably do the PETG, printing another one unfortunately that won’t be an option i have on this. it is a part of an assembly that will be sold to a customer.
