Auto Bedleveling pushed too hard into buildplate?

Hi,

i have a problem with one of the force sensors on the heatbed and opened up a ticket. Bambu responded quickly and offered me to send an replacement for the signal cable which seems to be the reason for this error. I read the neccessary steps for changing that cable and inspected the printer and headbed to be prepared when the cable arrives. When i was looking at the headbed i saw that the printer had pushed or molten into the build plate pretty hard, which must have happend while automatic bed leveling from my last print.
I ran an self diagnostic test to see if that was the case and saw that the printer indeed pushed at the front right corner way to deep into the build plate. The self diagnostic exited with another error: Heatbed homing abnormal 0300 0d00 0002 0001.
After an restart the error went away and the printer self diagnosis was ok (except for the force sensor error). What do u guys think? Is there something odd?

Did you check the screws underneath the bed, whether they are in the correct position ? Check the wiki for manual bed tramming. Its a pretty quick ops.

Estoy tendiendo el mismo problema pero solo cuando realizó autodiagnostico por pc o TF no se si hacer una restauración de fábrica lo solucionaste

There wasn’t a “blob” of stray filament under the plate making a high spot and the nozzle has pressed that in, at the same time also expecting the plate to be lower (sans blob). Still I would expect the pressure sensor to pull back before denting the plate.
