Auto Record Monitoring Saves Only Last 2 Hours of a Long Print on X1C

I’m using a Bambu Lab X1C and trying to record a long print that lasts more than 24 hours. I have Auto Record Monitoring enabled in Bambu Studio, and I’ve installed a 1TB memory card, properly formatted and recognized by the printer.

However, after the print is complete, I only get the last almost 2 hours (110 minutes) recorded. There are only 22 videos that are split into 5-minute segments, and they take up very little space on the drive (250 MB per video). I expected the full 24+ hours to be saved, but it seems like older recordings are overwritten.

I have already checked:

  • The memory card SanDisk microSDXC 1TB UHS-I V30 Class 10 Ultra A1 W150MB/s is formatted correctly and has plenty of available space.
  • The printer recognizes the drive and allows recording.
  • Bambu Studio settings confirm that Auto Record Monitoring is enabled.
  • The firmware and Bambu Studio software are up to date.
  • No older recordings appear in the “ipcam” or “CAM” folders.

Has anyone else experienced this issue? Is there a way to extend the recording duration or prevent older footage from being deleted? Any help would be appreciated!

Where do you connect a flash drive on the X1C?

Poor choise of words on my side. I meant flash memory card. I’ve updated the topic providing the specific memory card model.
