I current have two printers. Even though when one is running it still an option to select when trying to send a print to the second printer.
Either remove it from the list altogether or the default selection should be the next available printer.
Another suggestion to the above is to colour code the printers in the list.
Green for available printers.
Amber for printers in use.
Red for printers with a fault or need attention.
Also sort the printers by the colour code.

They do already have an icon next to each printer with a “red no go sign” if not available and a green tick if available. My question is why have an unavailable printer in the list in the first place.
Only have the one printer so didn’t know that. Sounds like they have thought of it before hand.
Personally I think the colour codes are enough, as long as they are sorted, so the greed printers are at the top.
