I cannot connect this printer to the internet, is there an offline way to update firmware ?
The is now but the catch is that you have to update to the latest version (downloaded from the web) to be able to do it. My suggestion is to factory reset your printer, hot spot your phone and update.

yeah that sounds like the plan, or just make an IT ticket and have them do it.

yesterday I run into the same problem with my A1 + AMS Lite. I used 2 identical generic filaments on 3 and 4, the “auto refill” was checked. Once I started the print the 3rd slot was selected automatically. My expectation was, the switch to the 4th spool will happen automatically, but it didn’t. I use studio version 1.10.1.50. Any ideas or recommendations?
