Automatic Material Switch Over

If I have two identical spools of material ion the AMS, will it switch over automatically when one runs out?

If you enable that in AMS Options, and have told the AMS that both are the same type and color, yes.

Where is this in settings? I have a P1P with AMS and cannot find it.

That does not seem to be an option on mine. I am on a P1P with AMS. Could that by why?

Do you have the latest firmware installed?

Curious. The firmware change log does not show this feature for the P1P, just the X1.

Same on my P1P, latest firmware and BS.
Seems not to be an option on P1P (yet?).

It‘s like the flow calibration appears briefly when print plate after sciling. It‘s not an option for the p1p as well.

I think they bring the automatic switching to the p1p as well.

For the last firmware of x1 somebody posted a github repository where you was able to read the progress of „changelog“
