Does anybody had this issue, or knows if there is a feature like this, to automatically redeem boosts when you reach a number ?
I’m sure I didn’t redeemed them, and got this message in my account. Or could be that my account was hacked ?

I was about to ask about same thing - I got autoredeemed when I hit exactly 80 boosts

I thought that everyone did what i usually do. I never leave boosts on the side, they get redeemed as soon as they come.

i was keeping them, as they don’t have expiration date 
Maybe they will change this and add expiration date for boosts also ?

Neither as points… So I don’t see the point ^^
I guess boosts will be automatically converted to points now. Which is not a bad thing IMO, this remove a useless step.

I don’t complain … It’s just strange to see this without any notice at least.

Maybe they didn’t warn anyone because maybe some shaddy users were using it as a strategy to protect they points against sanctions like -50 points for irrelevant entry in a contest.
But I don’t think so, it makes little sense because I think the points can goes under zero… So yep I don’t know ^^
ah … it’s clear now… they implemented automatically redeeming of boosts. Just got two boosts and this is how it shows in transactions:

So I guess the next thing to remove is the boost counter on the user dashboard. Or maybe displaying the number of boost token instead. We’ll see

Nothing like an announcement when they make a big change like this.
And this was exactly that, no announcement.
I woke to think they had been stolen or taken because of my ongoing complaint.
What would of been so difficult, if yesterday, they sent out a system notice…
Tomorrow we are implementing a change, Boosts will now be redeem automatically in real time. Do not worry, this is the new expected behaviour and nothing has gone wrong and your Boosts are safe, you earned them after all.
Instead, mass confusion.
Labelling the point entry as other isn’t helpful.
I assume this will be fixed, but, yet more confusion.
I expect this is part of the big update we have been promised.
It’s off to an auspicious start.

boost counter is gone, there’s “boost tokens” info in profile, different kind of points introduced in user profile…
