There’s also the whole bit with SwapMod not even being available in the US, with the only explanation being “reasons”
Legal reasons, and it is supposed to release some time early this year.
This is so cool, I am going to have to buy more plates!
Is there any way I can get a copy for beta testing.
Thank you

That looks very awesome. I am very excited to get my hands on one asap!
Thank you! It will be available in a few weeks
I’m sorry, but my list of beta testers is currently full. If I need more testers in the future, I’ll let you know. But don’t worry, the full version will be available in a few weeks
Ouch thats expensive! Impressive though. Tempting…
Will you be selling in the US?
Just curious, did you read anything from this thread before asking?
In all Honesty yes, but being the 5th or 6th automation ssystem I have looked at, they all tend to munge together, I have just kind of watched, because I am in that odd niche which this would do great things for.
So yes, I believe I have read all of the threads on similar topics, do I fully remember them all? I barely remember lunch.
I have spent an entire career in silicon valle, and the rule of thumb is 15%, 15% variance in form, function or effect and you have a shiney new concept to call your own.
Which is why there are entire teams of lawyers in every city fightingh to keep their definition broad, and yours narrow.
I have been on both sides of this battle and have learned, only winners are the guys paid by the hour to fight it out.
I made reference to money on the table when I saw German engineering jump in… this may have something to do with my … 12th? 14th? bmw in the driveway…
@Theodor are you still looking for some help?
Sorry but the price of 250€ is a bit ridiculous.
I have a print farm of 25+ P1S and P1P printers. I’d be willing to add A1 printers into the mix to print the items that are in constant demand in my store and are low duration prints… (that is why im on this forum) But the price is out there…
I get it that you don’t want to release files so buyers can print them at home, because then you make a sale just once from them. But many of us that would like to use a product like this have many 3d printers at home, so it does not make absolute any sense to buy already 3d printed parts…
You could instead just sell a small package of electronics (if there even is any) or something, but les us 3d print it ourselves and bring the cost down.
Because at that price i would probably rather buy a few more printers and have them all run at 70% efficiency, instead of buying this and have just a few of them run at 100% efficiency
Lets be honest, you took the idea from the guy that did A1 swap plates kickstarter, so its not even an original idea… I understand that you have a business to run, but many projects are soon going to be released for A1 plate swaps as well (most likely a few opensource), you just might be the first I guess, I havent googled enough…
But yeah not even an original idea and ur charging 250€? swapmod for a1 mini is 70€ dude… that is more than 3 times cheaper. I honestly don’t know what you are smoking
It looks like a brilliant idea. I hope it works out for…
Is this the final version from @Theodor ?
No, it is a separate product.
No, it is not. My version will be significantly cheaper, and the design is slightly different. Please submit your email on my website, printflow3d.com. You will be notified upon release, which is expected to be soon.
Hi @Theodor , I’m from Asia. Do you ship/sell internationally, or only in America?
