How long does your review take before redeeming gift cards? Yes, I know that up to 5 business days, but what does it look like in reality? The third day has begun for me.

Up to 5 business days means 5 days. Not counting weekends. Just be patient, they’ll approve it soon.

I’m on day 4 of a current hold. I’ve had this get triggered a couple of other times for me in the past year and it cleared up within a week.
I guess I do too, when I use the exclusive program.
For now, I’m only trying to get one card, I have points for the next 9 cards. I wanted to use them during the black week (until December 3) to buy the P1S combo
It used to say 7 days, but, usually happened between 24-48 hours.
Many forum posts have suggested this is now taking far longer and checks are performed far more often.
It also seems to be including accounts of those with zero experience of any point harvesting or other activity that suggests anything wrong.
It either means they are trying to suggest good users are the victim of activities they have no control of and get blamed for or they are using seriously flawed analysis.
The process is ridiculous and yet again false flagging and delaying the payment of legitimate earnings.
A suspicious person might think they are doing this to stop people benefiting from the current Black Friday sale.

I previously thought each gift card was randomly checked. Another user redemeed 4 gift cards, and the fifth one was verified. I downloaded one and it was immediately verified. The question is, if I click to download subsequent cards, will they just go through or will there be a review. Is this verification of the entire user account?
I have a question about the gift cards, I hope you can help! Yes I know it will take some time to review the cards, but does the number of cards being redeemed slow down the review period?
Also, is it better to redeem your points and let the gift cards collect in your account as soon as you have enough points for a card or two?
Or
Should I let points accumulate until I want to use the gift cards and perhaps redeem more cards in one batch?
I don’t have a LOT of points, but enough for several cards, so I’m wondering if there is a best strategy.

There’s a weekly limit, so don’t wait too long.
The other annoying issue with this delay with the gift card request, it screws up the weekly limit which resets every Saturday.
I had only just gotten my gift cards into that redemption window again without being prohibited from exceeding the limit.
If I can’t redeem my sue gift cards by Friday night, I will be back trying to wrangle gift cards within that limit again.

A maximum of 6998 points can be redeemed weekly from Saturday to Friday.
In the U.K. that translates to 13 gift cards with a little left over.
You will not be aware of this as it is not published anywhere I have found and you only learn of it when you need it most.
I have managed to exceed it just once, I redeemed 16 gift cards within the week.

Sin bin This is a good one :-). Seriously, I wonder why it’s taking so long. Are they looking for dirt on us? I remember when my first cards - 3 pieces a month apart (the last one in August) went through without anything. Or maybe it has to do with the exclusive program (which I joined)?
